Rename company SIMs / Reset data cap

Go to PODS and change the data limit at the start of the month for the following companies:

1. RO Companies - Treiro, Transpeco and Romstyl - 200 MB

2. Tracker - 500 MB

3. Intranet Malaysia - 200 MB

4. Specialised IT Solutions - 200 MB

5. Future Fleet & Wilson Security - 300 MB

6. Volker - 200 MB

Before doing the reset, rename the company SIM cards:

- Go to PODS (iotsuite.gi-de.com) 

- Filter by Name and search for each of the mentioned accounts

- Export the list (Export data option)

- Go to Admin Center (will further be included in Nexus) -> System -> Internal Procedures -> Finance -> SIM cards by company -> Select the company and download the XLS file

- Compare the list from PODS with the one from Admin Center and what you find in PODS and not in AC has to be renamed with 'unnamed' for Name and 'Unassigned' for Group and Suspend if needed

Go to TEAL and change the data limit at the start of the month for the following companies:

1. RO Companies - 200 MB

2. Tracker - 350 MB

3. Specialised - 150 MB

Before doing the reset, rename the company SIM cards:

- Go to Aurora TEAL link - One Chip eUICC

- Write in the Group Column the name of the company and filter the eIDs

- Go to Actions -> Download Reports ->  OneChip eUICCs and the eID's will be included in a csv file

- Go to Admin Center (will further be included in Nexus) -> System -> Internal Procedures -> Finance -> SIM cards by company -> Select the company and download the XLS file

- Select the TEAL ICCID's with the prefix '890199...'. They have the eID's attached to them. 

- Compare the two lists with the eID's and what you find in TEAL and not in AC has to be renamed with 'Unassigned' in the Device group name

The rename can be done in bulk, by accessing the below file and writing 'Unassigned' in the Device Group Name and blank in the Device Name. The device network status will not be changed and the field will be left blank.

After the file is uploaded, you can proceed in resetting the data cap by selecting the eID's from a company and going to Actions -> Data Cap -> Set and write the data limit value.
