Camera picked up on October 27th
Arrived in the office on October 30th
Tested, the camera does not stay On
Sent to Manufacturing on 4th of Nov
Motherboard issues, imperfect contact for video sensor and motherboard, leading to reboot loop. Cannot be fixed without motherboard replacement.
Camera back from Manufacturing on 5th of Nov
Replaced under warranty with:
camera E04A20405484
ICCID 8935711001098107987 (sim active, etc)
Sent to client on 19th of November
Arrived to client on the 24th of November
