As per conversation with Ron Cruz via email:


there are 4 cameras at C Force Systems Solution CO that did not connect for over 300 days

After checking the logs, each camera had error "Module3G Network SIM_STATE_ABSENT"

As per Radu Manafi, this needs to lead to RMA

Waiting for the cameras to be sent out - "We are checking with client on best time to retrive and replace the units. Hopefull we can do this by end February or early March."

Approx. Weight: 3.6 Kgs

Approx. Dimension:  32cm L x 24cm W x 15cm H
Cameras got into the office on the 2nd of June
Radu investigated the logs (on August 12) of E04A11514404 and we need to replace the sim cards and test if the error persists
swapped sim cards of all 4 with Flolive tested and OK
sent same 4 cameras back: waybill https://www.dhl.com/ro-en/home/tracking.html?tracking-id=2806939133&submit=1


cameras are on the account but not used
client gave no update after 3 emails sent
